Informing teachers about the importance of correct seating and ergonomic vork space

Title: Informing teachers about the importance of correct seating and ergonomic work space. Problem definition: This dissertation addresses Basic and Special School teachers' and Teachers College students' level of awarness about the meaning of Corrected sitting position and their knowledge of suitable ergonomic, educational school furniture and the conditions for achieving the right Corrected sitting position. Reasoning: Children at schools often have problems with corrected sitting and teachers often don't know the aspects of right body-control. They also very often pay no or very little attention to this problem. Corrected sitting position, which is necessary to be applied in schools, is one of the fundamental pre-requisite of right kinetic advancement and creation of premises for school work. Dissertation objectives: Purpose of this dissertation is to find out what is the teachers' level of awareness about the necessity of using Corrected sitting position at schools and aspects of the right body-control and how much they know about the possibilities of using ergonomic educational furniture. Allergens in the work enviroment

The bachelor thesis on allergens in work environment is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, which describes the issue of allergic diseases, allergens and occupational safety from the general point of view and the practical part, in which the issue of allergic diseases arising in direct connection with the working environment is displayed using the data obtained. Four basic research questions were asked: "Which allergic diseases were most common in the work environment?", "Which allergens were most common in the context of allergic diseases?", "Which type of occupation was most commonly associated with allergic diseases?" What is the trend in the development of occupational allergic diseases?" The other 2 questions were focused on the links between allergenic substances and the work sector in which allergic occupational diseases occurred and the links between allergenic substances and the specific diseases that occurred. The bachelor thesis has been handled as a secondary analyse of data, these data have been granted by a Regional Hygienic Station in České Budějovice, department hygiene in work place. All the data included in this bachelor thesis were concerned all recognized illness from work in the South Bohemian Region from 2010-2018.

Corporate culture of chosen companies in the international environment

The main aim of this thesis is to specify corporate culture of chosen companies in the international environment and its comparison. For investigation has been chosen small-sized hotels, when one of them is located in the Czech Republic and the second one in Spain. Then was chosen international hotel chain, which has offices in already mentioned countries. For investigation of corporate culture in chosen hotels two surveys were used The Values Survey Module 1994 (VSM 94) and "Color test of semantic differential" (TBSD). By obtained results it was possible to find some differences in corporate culture in small-sized hotels and then suggestion of advice for each of them was made. According to results of the international hotel chain survey it was suggested, how it is possible to make its corporate culture multinational.
